WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
At present we offer Royal Mail first class delivery and DPD courier service.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We aim to send out your orders in 1-3 days for most items that are in stock. There will be some products like the cosmetic bags that take a little longer to produce as we make them fully from scratch. You can refer to the details in each of the product pages for more information about delivery timescales. We do work with specialist factories for some of the products and they will be shipped directly from the factories.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are currently in BETA launch focused on the UK market. We are able to ship internationally and will be adding this to the site very soon. If you would like to place an order for international delivery in the meantime, do please get in touch via our contact form.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major payment methods.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
We are using Shopify as our e-commerce setup and payment processor. Shopify is a leading provider in e-commerce solutions and payment processing. Allmine.Studio do not hold any payment information.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order directly via our website. You create your custom design using our fun design software, and then add to the shopping cart and checkout.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can order on allmine.studio without opening an account with us. We will be adding additional features soon to allow you to save designs to an account, as well as create and sell your designs via creative accounts.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we can. Once an order has been produced we are unable to make changes. We will be adding features soon for quick and simple amendments within a fixed time period, however at present this is not possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you order is sent via Royal Mail it uses an untracked service as standard, although you will be sent updates via email on the status. If you choose DPD you will be automatically sent a tracking number for you to follow the journey of your order.
